Standard Shipping/Handling Charges for EACH address (we do not ship to a P.O. Box) within the Continental U.S, AK and HI:

My Lighthouse Collectible will ship any of our products to any address within the continental United States free of charge, discounted for Alaska and Hawaii.  You got it, shipping is free! Purchases will be shipped via USPS or UPS standard ground.  Express shipping is available upon request, please contact customer service at 1-757-593-3137 for a quote. If you are outside of the contiguous United States (like in Hawaii or Alaska) and you would like to purchase something from My Lighthouse Collectible, please send an e-mail to support@mylighthousecollectible.com along with your shipping address and the items you would like shipped, and we will be more than happy to provide you with a discounted shipping quote.  If you would prefer to place your order over the phone, you can contact customer service at 1-757-593-3137.  Our customer service hours are Mon-Fri from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M Eastern Standard Time .

All in stock merchandise orders should arrive within 7-14 business days.

Holiday Shipping Schedule:  Take advantage of our Free Shipping this Holiday Season! Order early to take advantage of our Free Standard Ground Shipping.  It's hard for us to nail down an exact cutoff date for what will make it and what won't in time for the Holiday, so if we receive an order and determine our standard ground shipping will not get it to the desired location prior to the holiday, we will contact you with additional shipping options.

EXCHANGE, RETURN AND REFUND POLICY:

Our number one goal is your satisfaction!  If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have up to 30 days from the date of receipt of your order, to initiate an exchange, return or refund.  Please follow the guidelines below:
  • Contact customer service at 757-593-3137
  • Merchandise must be returned in original packaging.
  • Return your purchase with a copy of your bill by U.P.S. or U.S.
    Mail. For your protection, insure your package.
  • You may make another selection or have your money completely
    refunded less the restocking fee.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns. 

CANCELLATION POLICY: 

Customers have 24 hours from the time of purchase to cancel any order free of charge.  Please contact customer service at 1-757-593-3137 or email us at support@mylighthousecollectible.com to initiate the cancellation.    If 24 hours has already elapsed and an order has already been shipped, please refer to our exchange and return policy above.   

SPECIAL NOTE ON GOODS DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT:

Be sure to inspect your shipment as soon as it arrives. If the product has been damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately for return instructions, as we only have a  limited amount of time to file a claim with the shipping company.  All items are 100% gauranteed and will be replaced no questions asked.  Our customers deserve the very best possible customer service and this is our commitment to you.  We are super friendly with a goal towards providing our customers unmatched quality and service, please do not ever hesitate in phoning or emailing us with any concerns you may have.
